We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receipt – provided you have contacted us beforehand.

ATTENTION: An old return form can be found via Google. It contains an old postal address and should no longer be used.

Here's how it works:

1. Contact us in advance

Please contact us before returning an item – by email at wuff@hundini.ch. Provide us with the following information:

• Order number
• Item you wish to return
• Reason for return

2. Await return approval

After reviewing your request, we will inform you how to properly carry out the return – including the return address.

3. Return the item

You can return items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Returns are only possible if the products are:

• unopened
• unused
• undamaged
• include all accessories

Return costs & refund

The costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
In the case of a return due to incorrectly delivered or defective goods, we will, of course, cover the return costs.

Shipping costs for partial returns
Orders with a value of CHF 199.– or more are delivered free of shipping costs; from CHF 99.–, you benefit from reduced shipping costs. If the order value falls below the respective amounts due to a (partial) return, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the regular shipping costs. These will be deducted directly from the purchase amount upon refund.

🚫 Excluded from the right of return are:

• Sale items
• Items that have been custom-made for you or ordered directly from the supplier (all products with a delivery time of 5 days or more)
• Perishable products
• Snacks and supplementary feeds that the beloved four-legged friend does not eat because he doesn't like them ;-)

Important note: In Switzerland, there is no legally mandated right of return for online purchases. The possibility of return is therefore based on our voluntary terms. Unannounced returns unfortunately cannot be processed or refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
