We deliver our dog accessories throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. You will usually receive your order with DPD.
For shipping, packaging, and the careful preparation of your order, we charge a flat fee of CHF 9.90.

For orders over CHF 99.–, we cover part of the shipping costs, so you only pay CHF 6.90.
For orders over CHF 199.–, we waive all shipping costs.

Excluded from this regulation are products from BESSERFRESSER (these items are considered partner items). If BESSERFRESSER items (weight up to 200 kg) are in your shopping cart, shipping and packaging costs of CHF 12 will be charged regardless of the total value of the shopping cart. This is because these are usually separate deliveries directly from the manufacturer, and we treat these products as partner products.

The risk passes to the buyer upon shipment of the goods.
We endeavor to meet the specified delivery times, but they are not binding.

In case of delivery delays, we will, of course, inform you immediately. If an item you ordered in our online shop is not in stock, the delivery of the remaining items will not be affected. We will deliver missing items to you as quickly as possible and free of charge. Claims for damages due to delayed or non-delivery are excluded. Payments already made will, of course, be refunded.

NEW: Pickup in Auenstein AG

In addition to shipping, we now also offer local pickup in Auenstein.
Please note that pickup is only possible by prior appointment. Appointments can be easily arranged via WhatsApp or email.
